Brother DR-360 Drum Unit - Why does the message CHANGE DRUM SOON continue to appear on the LCD display after I replaced the drum?

This message would continue to appear if the drum counter was not reset when you replaced the drum. To reset the drum follow the instructions listed below

1. Open the front cover.
2. Press the Clear/Back key on the control panel. The display will show #REPLACE DRUM - 1.YES 2.NO#.
3. Press 1 to reset the drum count.
4. Close the front cover.
